The JDK in Isabelle_23-Apr-2012_bundle_x86-linux.tar.gz seams to be the
64-bit version:

ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.9, not stripped
